These bands are great! They offer amazing resistance and are very portable. They are also very versatile: arms workout, triceps, glutes, legs, stretches, shoulders, arm extensions, shoulders, etc. You name it, you can work those muscles out with these. They also come with a bag to be able to cart around.
Great for working out
I was happily surprised by the quality of these bands. I have used rope/handle bands as well as thin latex strip bands in the past. These bands have heft. They are thick and sturdy, and have enough variety in resistance to keep both beginners and more fit individuals happy.
Stretchy, Smooth, & Strong
These Resistance Bands are exactly what you would want and expect. Others I’ve purchased in the past have come with a powdery residue. These feel clean and quality right out of the box. Stretching a band to the 250% it says they can be was impressive, amazing they can stretch that far.

The colors are vibrant and the bands look very high-quality. We use these bands to assist with pull-ups or to add resistance to body weight exercises in our strength and conditioning classes.
